Judging
Agreement
When boats and motors are being judged,
the owner is encouraged to be present.
By registering a boat to be judged, the owner explicitly grants
permission for judges to board the boat as may be needed to properly carry out
the judging process even if the owner is not present. Judges are experienced in such matters
and exercise care while examining a boat or motor being judged. However, the owner agrees that neither
the judges, nor the Finger Lakes Chapter of ACBS, nor the Antique and Classic
Boat Society, Inc., nor the Boat Show’s advertisers or sponsoring organizations
will be liable for any damage to a boat or motor which may occur during the
judging process.

Insurance
Certification
I certify that I am the owner of the
vessels listed on this Registration Form and that I have insurance in effect to
cover any damage to my boat or equipment, and to cover any liability for damages
to others or their property arising from any use of my boat during or related to
the Boat Show in Skaneateles, NY for which they are herein registered. I agree to hold free and harmless, the
officers, directors and volunteers of the Finger Lakes Chapter of ACBS, the
Antique and Classic Boat Society, the Village of Skaneateles, the Town of
Skaneateles, the Skaneateles Country Club, advertisers and sponsoring
organizations from any and all actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of
liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which in any manner arise from
or be alleged to arise from any and all activities connected directly or
proximately with the Boat Show identified above.

will be necessary to exhibit second, third, etc., boat entries as “land
displays” at least until the Boat Show gets underway and a final reading on any
open slips becomes available.
