This year's annual boat show was once again blessed with pleasant
weather. The show featured a nice mix of land and water displays.
The spectators truly enjoy the pier mounted information easels, as they
allow for the reading of the boat's pertinent information without neck
strain. The mixture of boats included utilities, runabouts,
launches, reproductions and non-power boats. Courtesy of the manual
power of the Finger Lakes Chapter crew, a number of the land displays were
launched and enjoyed upon the lake. This year the awards were handed
out at the Saturday evening dinner. During the dinner, the participants
were serenaded by a glee club. Dinner was delicious with a huge array
of choices from steamers to prime rib, as it was a buffet everyone could
eat their fill.
